Payroll & Workday AdministratorLeeds (Outskirts) | Salary - £35,000 - £38,000 | Permanent
A successful global manufacturing business based in Leeds is recruiting a Payroll & Workday Administrator to support payroll delivery and Workday administration.
This is a hands on role working closely with HR, Finance to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of data integrity within Workday.
Key Responsibilities:*Support the end to end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
*Maintain and update employee records within Workday, including starters, leavers, changes and absences
*Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries
*Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting and month end processes
*Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
*Support audits, system updates and process improvements
Requirements: *Previous payroll experience essential
*Hands on experience using Workday - advantageous yet not essential
*Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
*Comfortable working to deadlines in a structured, fast paced environment
*Good working knowledge of UK payroll processes
