Graduate or Level 2 Teaching Assistant
March, Cambridgeshire | Full-Time | Long-Term & Short-Term Opportunities | £93-£120 per day (PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-established primary school in March, Cambridgeshire, to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS1 and KS2. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching or experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistants looking to further develop their skills.
Your Role in School
You will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted academic support, helping pupils strengthen core skills and build confidence.
Key responsibilities of Graduate or Level 2 Teaching Assistant include:
*Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
*Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and preparation
*Assisting with SATs preparation (where applicable)
*Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement
*Supporting classroom organisation and learning resources
*Contributing to pupil progress and feedback
The Ideal Graduate or Level 2 Teaching Assistant Will Have:
*A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or a relevant degree
*Experience supporting children aged 5-11
*Experience working with pupils with SEN and EHCPs
*Strong communication skills and confidence in supporting learning
*A reliable, adaptable, and proactive approach
