A specialist Banking and Finance team is looking to add a Property Paralegal with experience in either commercial or residential property. This role offers the chance to work at the heart of property-backed finance transactions, supporting lawyers on a wide range of matters with national scope.
You’ll be involved in the detail of transactions from early due diligence through to completion and post-completion, making this a varied and technically interesting position for a paralegal keen to deepen their expertise in property finance work.
The role
The role will involve supporting fee earners across property finance matters, including:
*Assisting with title due diligence for lending transactions
*Drafting standard securities and discharges
*Preparing and submitting Land Registration applications
*Reviewing advance notices
*Supporting lawyers through completions
*Managing post-completion work, including issuing lender title packs
About you
This role would suit a Property Paralegal who:
*Has experience in commercial and/or residential property
*Is comfortable handling detailed documentation and procedural work
*Works in an organised and methodical way
*Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a wider finance team
*Takes a proactive approach to learning and development
