£13.87 per hour + holiday pay | 35 hours per week
Temporary - ongoing (minimum 4 months)

We’re looking for a Student Wellbeing Receptionist to join a busy Student Support and Wellbeing team. This is a front-line administrative role, supporting students with queries and ensuring they’re directed to the right services.

What you’ll be doing:
*Providing first-point-of-contact support to students (in person and over the phone)
*Responding to student queries and giving clear, accurate information
*Logging mitigating circumstances and coursework extension requests accurately (Excel)
*Drafting and sending sensitively worded emails using Outlook templates
*Signposting and referring students to appropriate support services
*Handling confidential information in line with GDPR
*Working closely with colleagues across multiple teams
What we’re looking for:
*Strong written communication and attention to detail
*Excellent organisation and ability to follow processes
*Confidence using Excel and Outlook
*Calm, professional, and approachable manner
*Previous admin experience desirable
*Able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
