Experienced Property Litigator Required to Support Further Growth at Specialist Property Practice
An established and rapidly growing specialist law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding team.
*Experienced Lawyers required from Associate level upwards.
With recent national growth and increasing demand following changes linked to Leasehold Reform legislation UK, the firm is now handling more complex and high-value work than ever before.

The RoleYou’ll manage a varied caseload acting for corporate clients, including:
*Pre- and post-issue litigation across courts and tribunals
*Advising on:
*Service charges and rent recovery
*Lease covenants, easements and trespass
*Possession matters
*Building safety, fire and health & safety issues
*Lease interpretation and complex title structures
About You*Solicitor or Legal Executive (or equivalent experience)
*Property Litigation experience (residential/commercial property litigation)
*Strong organisational and client-facing skills
*Ambitious / keen to develop within property litigation
This role would suit either an experienced litigator looking to specialise, or someone already working in property litigation seeking higher-quality work and greater flexibility.
