What you’ll be doing:
*Handling customer queries with confidence and care
*Providing solutions and delivering top-notch service
*Working in a lively contact centre with a supportive team
*Shifts between 7:45am – 5:30pm (Mon-Fri) and occasional Saturdays (1 in 8)

*Attention to detail and a positive attitude
*Ability to stay calm under pressure
*Experience in customer service is ideal, but not essential – full training provided!
