Full job descriptionNursery Practitioner – Wandsworth, London SW19
Salary: £13.65–£14.90 per hour | Up to £30,992pa (depending on hours, experience and qualifications)
Hours: 4 or 5 full days, 7:30-6:30pm, 40 hours a week
Contract: Permanent | All year round

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming, family-run nursery in Wandsworth (SW18).

Responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner
*Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children
*Create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment
*Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
*Work collaboratively with the nursery team
*Support inclusive practice for children, colleagues and visitors
*Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s wellbeing
About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous Nursery Practitioner or similar experience
*Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
*Understanding of SEND and inclusive early years practice
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
