We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a full-time Special Educational Needs (SEN) support role. This position is initially temporary, with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent role. Interviews are scheduled to take place over the coming weeks.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Supporting pupils with additional needs in both one-to-one and group settings.
*Helping to maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
*Assisting with classroom activities and adapting tasks to meet the needs of each student.
*Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
*Collaborating as part of a wider team to support student development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Good communication skills and a strong team ethic.
*A calm, patient, and flexible approach to educational challenges.
Desirable:
*Previous experience working with SEN is highly advantageous but not essential.
