Salary: £13.50ph (DOE) / £28,080pa
Hours: 40 hours, 8am–6pm, 4 or 5 days per week
Contract: Permanent | All year round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We’re seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our Outstanding Montessori nursery in beautiful West Horsley. Set in the countryside with spacious, purpose-built facilities, we provide children the opportunity to grow and learn at one with nature.
The role involves supporting children’s development, planning engaging activities, building strong relationships with families, and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Provide high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS
*Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities
*Act as a key person and build strong relationships with children and families
*Carry out observations and contribute to planning
*Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed
*Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
About You
*Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous nursery or childcare experience
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Passion for outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Right to work in the UK
