Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding long-term role?

Reed Education are working with a supportive school in the PL6 area who are seeking a committed SEN TA to provide consistent support to two pupils with a range of additional needs.
About the Role
You will be working closely with two children who require tailored support with:
*SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs)
*ADHD
*GDD (Global Developmental Delay)
The school is looking for someone who is:
*Calm, patient, and resilient
*Confident supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
*Able to build positive, trusting relationships
*Consistent, reliable, and proactive in the classroom
This is a full-time, long-term placement, perfect for someone seeking stability and the chance to have a real impact in a supportive school environment.

Requirements
*Previous SEN experience (SEMH / ADHD / GDD desirable)
