If you looking to start a career working with children, or ready to take the next step into education, Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Classroom Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Hailsham.
No prior classroom experience is required—if you’ve worked with children in any setting, your skills are highly transferable.

The Role*Support pupils in class on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*Assist the teacher with lessons and classroom activities
*Help manage behaviour and keep pupils engaged
*Support children with additional needs where required
*Encourage confidence, independence, and positive social interaction
*Assist with general classroom organisation

*Sports coaching or team leadership
*Youth work or community settings
*Childcare, nursery work, or babysitting
*Psychology or education graduates/students
