We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to work at one of our partner secondary schools in Nottinghamshire. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are committed to delivering high-quality science education.
About the role:
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering curiosity and a love for science in students. Subjects may include Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, depending on your specialism.
Key responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality, inclusive science lessons aligned with the national curriculum
*Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
*Create a positive and safe learning environment
*Contribute to departmental planning and school-wide initiatives
What we’re looking for:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*A degree in a Science-related subject
*Strong classroom management skills
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
*The ability to motivate and engage learners of all abilities
