Job Description:
Full job descriptionReed in Teesside are currently representing a Stockton based law firm who are looking for a full time, permanent Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team.

*Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday finish at 4:00pm
*Birthday off (Friday if birthday falls on Saturday; Monday if it falls on Sunday)

Daily tasks include:
*Providing administrative support to the legal team
*Managing client communications
*Organising and maintaining legal documents
*Scheduling meetings or appointments
*Additional responsibilities may include data entry, assisting with basic legal research, and coordinating day-to-day office operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the workplace.
The successful candidate will have:
*Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a conveyancing role
*Strong organisational skills, including time management and multitasking abilities
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
*Proficiency in administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling, and data entry
*Proficiency with standard office and productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite
*Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to assist with varied tasks
*Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is beneficial
