We’re looking for a polished and professional Front of House Patient Coordinator with exceptional communication skills to deliver a seamless, first-class patient journey from first enquiry to post-surgery follow-up.
This exciting Front of House role combines patient coordination, private-pay financial administration, leads management, and day-to-day Front of House responsibilities within a prestigious private clinic. The successful Patient Coordinator will also be expected to uphold CQC compliance obligations at all times.
Based in W1G, Central London
