IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing site in the Honiton area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader looking for a long-term role within a fast-paced production environment, with strong opportunities for progression.
Shift Pattern & Pay*Night shift.
*Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.
*16:00 - 02:00.
*£18.68 per hour.
*Overtime paid at £28.02 per hour after 38 hours worked.
Key Duties:*Lead, motivate, and support a production team to achieve daily targets.
*Ensure products meet required quality and client specifications.
*Maximise efficiency across production lines.
*Promote and follow all health, safety, and quality standards.
*Complete production paperwork and systems accurately.
*Act as a role model for best practice across the site.
Requirements:*Previous Team Leader experience within production or food manufacturing preferred.
*Strong leadership and motivational skills.
*Ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
*Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
