The Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher
*Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged in learning
*Support students in completing classwork and maintaining a positive learning environment
*Follow school policies and procedures effectively
*Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring, or youth work setting
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Confidence leading groups of students independently
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities
*A flexible and proactive attitude
*A passion for supporting students and education
