A welcoming and nurturing primary school in Salford is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to recruit a dedicated, proactive, and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role within the classroom, working closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning. Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils
*Assisting with the planning, delivery, and review of lessons
*Helping to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
*Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL
*Promoting positive behaviour and supporting effective classroom routines
*Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual with a genuine passion for supporting children’s development. The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting
*A positive, proactive attitude and a love for supporting learning
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
*Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
*A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent – highly desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
