£42,000 OTE - uncapped commission
We’re partnering with a well-established and fast-growing UK business operating in the infrastructure and civil engineering space, supporting major residential and commercial developments across the country.
This isn’t your typical internal sales role - you’re not selling "nice-to-have" products… you’re working with essential infrastructure that every project relies on.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, office-based internal sales (Account Management only) position focused on managing inbound enquiries and converting them into orders. No cold calling or business developmeent.
You’ll be:
*Full Training will be provided
*Handling incoming customer enquiries and producing accurate quotes
*Following up quotations to convert opportunities into orders
*Negotiating pricing within set margins to win business
*Building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key accounts
*Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
*Working closely with technical and operations teams to support client needs
*Providing basic technical guidance around products and specifications
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in a sales role of some sort
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
