Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Health & Safety Administrator to support TCES at their Barking site. The role will sit within a team of administrators and will focus on the day-to-day coordination of operational Health & Safety, risk assessments, and facilities support.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety procedures across the site
*Assist with the creation, review, and maintenance of risk assessments and related documentation
*Maintain accurate Health & Safety records, logs, and compliance paperwork
*Support facilities administration, including reporting and tracking maintenance issues
*Liaise with internal teams and external contractors where required
*Ensure policies and procedures are followed in line with organisational and legal requirements
*Provide general administrative support to the wider operations team
Skills & Experience
*Previous administrative experience, ideally within Health & Safety, facilities, or compliance
*Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Ability to work well as part of a team and manage multiple tasks
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*Knowledge of Health & Safety processes is desirable but not essential
