*Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental goals.
*Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports.
*Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decision-making.
*Monitor and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and control.

Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
*A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
*Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis.

*In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable.
