A progressive and supportive secondary school in Yeovil is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher to join their team from September. This opportunity is perfect for a creative and dedicated educator who thrives on delivering engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Delivering Design & Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Planning and teaching dynamic lessons in specialisms such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, or Engineering
*Encouraging creativity, innovation, and independent thinking while maintaining high academic standards
*Supporting the continued development of the D&T curriculum within a well-established department
*Contributing to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities

Candidate Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

*An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
