With a fully remote structure and no traditional branch constraints, you’ll have the freedom to build, grow and lead a successful network of Sales Valuers while directly influencing regional performance and growth.
Key responsibilities for the Area Director position:
*Lead, grow and develop a high-performing remote team across Essex
*Drive revenue, instructions, and overall regional performance
*Recruit, onboard and develop top-performing talent
*Coach, support, and manage performance to consistently high standards
*Build strong local relationships and identify growth opportunities
*Ensure excellent customer service and regulatory compliance (AML, GDPR)
What we’re looking for:
*Strong leadership experience within estate agency
*Commercially focused, results-driven mindset
*Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop teams
*Experience in hybrid/self-employed or modern agency models would be ideal, but not essential
*Confident working remotely with autonomy and accountability
*Strong communicator who leads from the front
The successful Area Director will be offered:
*Market-leading salary of up to £55,000
*OTE of up to £95,000 per annum
