We’re recruiting for a well-established retail solutions and wholesale business supplying major UK retailers, including supermarkets, forecourts, and convenience stores.
They are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Sales Support Administrator to provide day-to-day support to the Director and assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is confident, professional, and able to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
The Role:

Providing PA support including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparing reports/presentations
*Preparing quotations and processing orders
*Managing customer records and internal systems
*Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
*Monitoring orders through to delivery
*Handling customer enquiries and general administration
About You:*Previous experience in Sales Support, Administration, Customer Service, or PA support
*Experience using Sage or similar systems
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
*Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
