Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to provide temporary cover within a specialist further education college in Cranborne, Dorset.
The provision supports young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs through both day and residential placements.
We are looking for adaptable and reliable staff who can step into the setting to support with:
*Short-term staff absence
*Additional classroom support
*1:1 and small group interventions
Ideal candidates will have previous SEN experience and be confident supporting students with additional needs in a specialist environment.
Roles are available immediately, subject to vetting.


**You MUST be able to drive due to the rural location**

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
