Protocol Education is currently seeking a dedicated Science Teacher for a vibrant and ambitious secondary school in the Sunderland area. This exciting opportunity is available for an immediate start through to the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extending into September for the right candidate. The school is recognised for its strong community values, inclusive approach to education, and commitment to helping every student achieve success regardless of background or ability. Staff are supported by an encouraging leadership team that promotes collaboration, development, and innovative teaching practices.
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, creating a positive classroom environment that motivates students to develop both their academic knowledge and practical skills. The school is looking for someone with excellent classroom management, strong subject knowledge, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping students grow in confidence and achievement. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
