Full job descriptionECT Primary Teacher - Bury St Edmunds - Start Date ASAPProspero Teaching are seeking a dedicated ECT Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bury St Edmunds, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a nurturing environment with strong mentorship, structured induction support, and ongoing professional development.
The school is looking for a passionate practitioner with effective behaviour management skills and a genuine desire to inspire young learners.
CONTRACT DETAILS*Location - Bury St Edmunds
*Position - ECT Primary Teacher
*Type of work - Class teaching
*Start date - ASAP
*Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
*Full time/part-time - Full time
*Minimum rate of pay - From £125 per day
*Hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS*PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification
*Recent experience in a UK primary school (placements accepted for ECTs)
*Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:*Hold Right to Work in the UK
*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
*Provide two professional child-related references
