Who This Education and Training Role Is Perfect For
This opportunity is ideal if you are:
*An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, or
*A graduate (Psychology or related field) looking to build hands-on experience
*Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
*Able to commute to Ware


Your Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN
*Assist in delivering tailored learning plans
*Support positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
*Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
*Work closely with teachers and other staff to support each child’s development


What We’re Looking For:
*A patient, caring, and reliable individual
*Experience working with children (SEN experience is desirable but not essential)
*A proactive team player with a positive attitude
