Job Description:
Are you an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor ready to join a fast-growing practice in the North London area?
What’s on offer - A remote-based position, £50,000 - £60,000 Basic, up to £70,000 OTE, full-time hours, car expenses, healthcare and bonuses!
This Residential Surveyor position is for a well-established, fast-growing practice who due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
*Level 2 Surveys
*Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
*Red Book Valuations
*Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
*Minimum AssocRICS qualified
*Proven track record in Surveying
*Registered Valuer Status
*UK Driving License
*Strong attention to detail
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
What’s on offer?
*Working hours: Remote / WFH basis. Full-time Monday to Friday
*Holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays
*Salary package: £50,000 - £60,000 Basic, £60,000 - £70,000 OTE
