Full job descriptionWe have a great opportunity available for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a respected, supportive law firm in Ipswich. You’ll manage a high-quality caseload of freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build work, and post-completion matters.
Residential Property Solicitor Responsibilities
*Handle your own residential conveyancing files
*Draft/review contracts, reports, and legal documents
*Manage enquiries, searches, exchange, completion & HMLR
*Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
*Support client relationships and team growth
Residential Property Solicitor Requirements
*UK-qualified Solicitor
*Some residential property experience in a UK law firm
*Excellent communication and attention to detail
*Able to manage files independently
*Highly organised and client-focused
*Able to work full-time from the Ipswich office
Residential Property Solicitor Benefits
*Salary around £51,000 (DOE)
