Mechanical Design Engineer

£40,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits

Witney, Oxfordshire (Can be located: Oxford, Swindon, Cirencester, Chipping Norton, Wantage, Faringdon, Bicester, Didcot)


Do you have Design experience looking for a highly varied role working on large Mechanical / Hydraulic projects from Cradle to Grave?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global-manufacturer, who are allowing you to become the go-to technical expert, in which they will invest through training and progression.

This company are a multi-million pound supplier of Industrial equipment into the Aerospace sector. Due to consistent growth this is a new role within the business.

In this role you will be responsible for the Mechanical / Hydraulic Design of components, tooling and new products. You will also support the development of these through CAD, Project Management and Engineering.

This role would suit a Design Engineer who enjoys being involved from concept through to manufacture and wanting long-term job stability.


The Role:
*Mechanical and Hydraulic design of components, assemblies, tooling, and production fixtures
*Working closely with manufacturing to resolve engineering and production issues
*Monday - Friday days role within a manufacturing environment


The Person:
*Mechanical Engineering background
*Experience with CAD / Design
*Worked with Hands on Engineering teams.
*Commutable to Witney
