Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
REED Education is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded Ofsted-rated "Good" secondary school in Cambridgeshire to support the recruitment of a dedicated MFL Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.
The school is looking for a passionate languages specialist who can teach Spanish or French—ideally both—across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be joining a welcoming department that values high-quality teaching, collaboration, and professional development.
The Role
*Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons in Spanish and/or French
*Inspire students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for languages
*Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Work collaboratively within a supportive MFL department
The Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred
*Unqualified teachers with strong, recent UK secondary school experience are encouraged to apply
*Strong subject knowledge in Spanish and/or French
*A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills
