Description
*Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making processes.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial targets are met.
*Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
*Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and insights.
*Support year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
*Monitor cost control measures and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
*Ensure timely submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A professional accounting qualification or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
*Proven experience in management accounting within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*An understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Preffered NetSuite experience.
