Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with a business in Bicester that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a fixed-term contract. The role will support the Finance Manager across a broad range of transactional finance duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
*Bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance
*Supplier payments and expense analysis
*Credit control support and customer statements
*Maintaining accurate financial records and electronic filing
*Supporting month-end reconciliations
What they’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Good IT skills including Excel
*Highly organised
*Strong attention to detail
