Born in the heart of Yorkshire, Black Sheep Brewery has been proudly brewing award-winning beers since 1992. Known for our independent spirit, bold character, and exceptional ales and lagers, we supply pubs, bars, restaurants, and retailers across the UK.
We’re passionate about quality, personality, and doing things differently — and now we’re looking for an energetic Telesales Agent to help us grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
The Role
As a Telesales Agent, you’ll be the voice of Black Sheep Brewery, speaking with customers daily, generating sales opportunities, promoting our products, and delivering outstanding service.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Building strong relationships with pubs, bars, retailers, and trade customers
*Making outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
*Promoting new products, seasonal releases, and promotions
*Processing orders accurately and efficiently
*Following up on leads and identifying new business opportunities
*Working closely with the sales and operations teams
*Helping customers choose the right products for their venues
What We’re Looking For
*Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or account management experience
*A confident and professional phone manner
*Target-driven with a positive attitude
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*Passion for great customer service
*Interest in beer, hospitality, or the drinks industry is a bonus
