As an Financed Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
*Purchase and sales ledger
*Reconciling bank accounts daily and managing all associated transactions
*Posting purchase ledger invoices and processing supplier payments
*Handling expense and mileage claims with accuracy and correct documentation
*Producing weekly cash forecasts and monthly variance reports
*Managing credit card statements and reconciling receipts
*Chasing outstanding customer payments and resolving related queries
As an Finance Assistant, your experience will include:
*Previous experience within finance or accounts departmentg ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment
*Understanding of daily financial processes including bank reconciliations, purchase ledger, and month end activities
*Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office and finance systems
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*Confident communication skills when liaising with internal teams and suppliers
