is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Wellingborough and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a school setting.
The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
*Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
*Support pupils in completing assigned work
*Work across a range of subjects and year groups
*Build positive relationships with students and school staff
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:*Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
*Are confident leading a classroom environment
*Have experience working with young people (desirable)
*Are reliable, professional, and adaptable
