Full job descriptionAbout the Role:
I am working with a growing technology-driven organisation seeking an IT Systems Technician to support both internal teams and external clients. This is a varied, hands-on role covering IT support, systems administration, onboarding, and customer engagement within a fast-paced operational environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining systems, supporting users, onboarding new clients, and continuously improving processes and documentation.


Key Responsibilities:
*Provide IT systems, software, and hardware support across the business
*Own and manage the IT Service Desk, ensuring tickets are handled efficiently
*Support system administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
*Onboard new clients, including system setup, data integration, and configuration
*Integrate customer platforms with internal systems
*Deliver system demonstrations and training to both internal users and customers
*Produce reports and analyse data using tools such as Excel and Power BI
*Support customer service queries related to systems and technology
*Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
*Create SOPs and contribute to the internal knowledge base

Skills & Responsibilities:
Essential:
*Strong general IT support skills
*Good understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
*Strong Excel skills, including formulas and reporting
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Customer-focused with a professional and confident approach
*Well organised and able to work under pressure
Desirable:
*Previous IT support experience (2+ years advantageous)
*Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Freshdesk or similar)
*Exposure to e-commerce or web platforms (e.g. online selling systems)
*Experience producing reports using Power BI
*Awareness or interest in AI or automation technologies
