The Transport Coordinator RoleYou’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day transport operations, ensuring schedules run efficiently and customer expectations are met. The position involves liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate operational records and ensuring compliance standards are met.
You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy operational setting.
Transport Coordinator Essential Skills*Previous experience within transport, logistics, operations, or fleet coordination
*Strong organisational and planning skills
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities
*Good IT skills and confidence using operational systems
*Knowledge of transport compliance or scheduling processes would be beneficial
*Ex-military candidates with logistics, operations, or coordination experience are encouraged to apply
