HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with company values and growth objectives.
*Provide coaching and guidance on people management, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
*Support managers in identifying performance gaps and development opportunities within their teams.
*Design and deliver training programs in partnership with the learning and development team.
*Ensure compliance with relevant people-focused laws and regulations.
*Assist with incentive planning, remuneration benchmarking, and job gradings.
*Partner with the talent acquisition team on recruitment strategies and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience as a People Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
*Strong understanding of HR compliance within the insurance or financial services sectors.
*Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
*A data-driven, solution-oriented approach to decision-making.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical abilities.
