THE ROLE
We are seeking a diligent and organised Conveyancing Assistant to support our legal team in managing property transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This role offers an opportunity to develop within a professional environment, assisting with the smooth progression of conveyancing processes and ensuring client satisfaction. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic legal practice specialising in property law.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Prepare, receive, and verify new client care pack electronically, ensuring regulatory compliance
*Verify identification and source of funds for all new client
*Update the company management system proactively to ensure an accurate status
*Complete tasks assigned to you to ensure a smooth and swift service to clients
*Handle incoming calls and other communications and respond to queries promptly
*Greeting clients and visitors as required.
REQUIREMENTS
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Excellent computer and typing skills
*Excellent telephone manner
*Excellent organisational skills
