We’re looking for a Night Manager to join a busy and friendly Hotel in Godalming on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who enjoys taking responsibility, and ensuring smooth overnight operations within a boutique setting.

Key Responsibilities:
As Night Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of overnight operations, including:
*Completing audits and overnight reports
*Assisting with banking duties when required
*Carrying out security checks across the buildings
*Handling fire evacuations if needed
*Managing the night team and ensuring all duties are completed
*Supporting the overall running of the Hotel overnight
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this Night Manager role, you should have:
*Previous experience as a Night Manager in a hotel
*First Aid & Fire Safety Certificates are required
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*A calm and professional approach during busy periods
*Good attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confidence working independently overnight
