Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Manager to join our Cambridge office.
This role is for a client-focused, technically strong accountant who enjoys building trusted relationships, managing a varied client portfolio, and mentoring junior team members.
*Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and private client accounts across a range of sectors
*Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive, high-quality advice
*Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, directors, and staff
*Review statutory accounts and corporation tax computations prepared by the team and ensure compliance with UK GAAP
*Review self-assessment tax computations and returns and liaise with tax specialists where required
*Manage deadlines and workflow, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
*Support and develop junior and semi-senior team members through coaching and review
*Identify opportunities to add value and cross-sell Xeinadin services
Key Requirements
*ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Proven experience managing a client portfolio within an accountancy practice
*Strong technical knowledge of statutory accounts and UK compliance requirements

*Confident communicator with a collaborative, client-first mindset
*Comfortable reviewing work and supporting the development of others
*Well organised, commercially aware, and able to manage competing priorities
