Description


The In-house Corporate Solicitor will be:*Advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A and group restructurings
*Leading and supporting due diligence processes on acquisitions and disposals
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate and transactional documentation
*Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic, commercial legal advice


Profile


The In-house Corporate Solicitor should be:*A solicitor or equivalent with circa 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law
*Experienced in M&A and due diligence work
*Commercially minded, with strong stakeholder management skills
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation


Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £85,000.
*20% performance-based bonus.

*Hybrid working from office in Cheshire.
