Full job descriptionA leading regional law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (1–5 PQE) to join its growing Leeds-based team.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and close-knit corporate team at a key stage of growth and development. Following recent changes within the department, including the arrival of a new partner with ambitious growth plans, the team is continuing to expand and invest strategically in its future.
The Opportunity
You will join a well-established and highly collaborative corporate team handling a broad range of quality transactional work for regional and national clients. The team advises on matters including:
*Mergers & acquisitions
*Business sales and acquisitions
*Corporate restructures
*Shareholder agreements
*Investment and funding transactions
*General corporate advisory work
The Leeds corporate team currently consists of a strong mix of seniority, including associates, a managing associate, director (tax specialist), partner and trainee.There is now a strategic focus on strengthening the junior-to-mid-level offering within the team, making this an excellent opportunity for a bright and ambitious solicitor looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will be:
