Full job descriptionHandyman / Fabric Technician | London (SW1P)We are seeking a skilled Handyman / Fabric Technician for an ongoing contract at a high-profile corporate site in Victoria. This role focuses on maintaining operational excellence within a modern office environment.
Quick View*Rate: £18.00 per hour.
*Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
*Contract: Ongoing Temporary.
*Location: Central London (SW1P).
Key Responsibilities*M&E Maintenance: Perform PPM and reactive repairs, including lamp changes, AHU/FCU filter replacements, and basic plumbing.
*Fabric Repairs: Maintain floor and wall coverings alongside general building upkeep and minor installations.
*Operations: Escort and oversee third-party contractors while maintaining accurate digital maintenance logs.
*Compliance: Conduct regular H&S inspections to ensure total site safety and regulatory adherence.
Requirements*Experience: Background in a high-profile corporate environment with fabric maintenance expertise.
*Skills: PC literate with strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
*Safety: Solid understanding of H&S regulations, permitting, and escorting processes.
