We’re looking for a talented Business Insight Analyst to partner with senior leadership and regional teams, delivering high-quality analysis that drives performance, identifies growth opportunities and strengthens data governance.

Key Responsibilities
*Deliver insightful analysis across Finance, Operations, Commercial and HR functions
*Build and maintain dashboards, reports and data models to support decision-making
*Lead data quality and governance initiatives across European teams
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple countries
*Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews with impactful data-driven insights

Requirements
*Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
*Proven experience in business analytics with a strong commercial mindset
*Advanced financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
*Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAP or similar
*Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities
*Experience working with Salesforce for reporting and insights
*A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
