Full job descriptionButler Rose is recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing organisation based in Plymouth. This is an exciting role where you will make a valued contribution towards the wider business.
Reporting into the Finance Director, key duties will include
*Produce monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and variance analysis
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting
*Manage and monitor key financial performance metrics, including revenue, margins, operational expenditure, and overhead costs
*Work closely with non-finance departments to provide financial insight, challenge performance, and support decision-making
*Deliver regular performance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
*Identify and implement process improvements and cost efficiency initiatives
*Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requirements as required
*Contribute to company projects from a financial control perspective
*Competently use Excel on a daily basis
The successful candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or qualified by experience. You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders.
