Full job descriptionDove & Hawk are working with an Independent property firm who are well-established in the City of London property market. They are on the hunt for a Lettings Negotiator to join their rapidly growing team.

Duties/Functions of the role:
*Booking and conducting viewings
*Vendor feedback
*Progressing the tenant application process
*Dealing with all incoming enquiries and registering new enquiries
*Organising and carrying out viewings
*Negotiating the terms of tenancies with potential tenants
*Efficiently deal with tenants enquiries
*Deliver an excellent customer service
Requirements of the role:
*Sales experience or property experience required
*Excellent communication skills with people of all backgrounds
*Immaculate and professional presentation
Salary Budgets: Basic - £22,000 OTE - £60,000 + Travel Allowance (NO LICENSE REQUIRED)

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm - No Weekends
