This is a high-impact period for Key Stage 3 and 4. Whether you are helping Year 7s settle into their secondary journey or providing vital exam-season support for Year 11s, your presence makes a difference. Requirements:
*Previous experience in a school or similar environment.
*Strong communication, patience, and the ability to adapt to different learning needs.
*An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).

Key Duties:
*Support learning by working with small groups or individuals to reinforce lesson objectives.
*Manage behaviour within the classroom to maintain a focused and positive environment.
*Prepare resources and set up equipment before lessons to ensure a smooth start.
*Safeguard pupils by following all school policies and child protection procedures.
*Assist the teacher with administrative tasks and the display of student work.
*Lead interventions for students requiring extra help with literacy or numeracy.
