Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in Sheffield to recruit a Temporary HR Administrator to start ASAP with the potential to go perm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in HR to join a busy, fast-paced environment and support a broad range of HR activity across the business.
Main Duties:
As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across multiple areas including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records across internal systems
- Supporting HR processes including onboarding, recruitment, and compliance activities
- Producing HR documentation, including disciplinary and grievance correspondence
- Minute taking in HR meetings where required
- General HR administration, including document management, scanning, and filing
- Providing first-line support across a range of HR queries
- Supporting wider HR initiatives such as training and performance processes
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Administration role (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
